Destanni Henderson, a senior guard, was selected for the preseason All-SEC First Team. She is a key player for the Gamecocks, averaging 11.6 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 3.8 assists per game last season.
Aliyah Boston, a junior forward, was also named to the All-SEC First Team. Boston is a dominant presence on both ends of the court, averaging a double-double last season with 13.1 points and 11.5 rebounds per game.
Victaria Saxton, a senior forward, received All-SEC Second Team honors. Saxton is known for her defensive prowess, averaging 1.5 blocks and 1.3 steals per game last season.
Zia Cooke, a junior guard, was also named to the All-SEC Second Team. Cooke is a dynamic scorer, leading the team in scoring last season with 15.5 points per game.
