Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing new sexual assault accusations with three civil lawsuits filed by attorney Tony Buzbee. The lawsuits, filed in the Southern District of New York, allege that Combs sexually assaulted two men in 2022 and raped a woman when she was 13 years old in 2000. Combs is also accused of drugging one of the men and the 13-year-old girl. Buzbee plans to file a total of seven lawsuits against Combs.
Combs’ legal team has denied all accusations, stating their confidence in their legal defenses and the integrity of the judicial process. Combs is currently held without bail on federal racketeering and sex trafficking charges, with a criminal trial set to begin on May 5. Federal prosecutors are going through data on over 90 devices seized at Combs’ properties during raids.
The latest lawsuits come just days after Combs’ legal team filed a motion requesting that his accusers in the federal sex trafficking case be publicly identified for a proper defense preparation. Combs is appealing his bail denial and has been sued by several individuals, including former girlfriend Casandra Ventura and Dawn Richard, who alleged assault and threats from Combs.
Combs continues to deny all allegations against him as he faces multiple legal battles. His legal team is working to defend him against the accusations and prepare for his upcoming criminal trial.
