Foggie and Waters among nominees for South Carolina Football Hall of Fame Class of 2024


The South Carolina Football Hall of Fame (SCFHOF) has announced the opening of online voting for their Class of 2024. This year’s ballot includes 75 nominees of players and coaches, with 10 Legacy nominees being honored. The nominees have ties to South Carolina, whether through birth, upbringing, playing, coaching in the state’s collegiate football programs, or having a positive impact on football in South Carolina.

Voting is open to the public and runs through December 16, 2024, allowing supporters, football fans, and media outlets to vote for up to four modern era nominees and one legacy nominee. The final round of voting will feature the top names from the nomination round, and the Class of 2024 will be enshrined at the 12th Annual Enshrinement Ceremony on April 17, 2025, at Hotel Hartness in Greenville, SC.

The nominees range from well-known players like Rod Gardner and CJ Spiller from Clemson University to coaches like Lou Holtz from the University of South Carolina.
