Canada’s Rover Tiny Homes has recently unveiled their latest model, the Silvertip, which offers a spacious living experience typically associated with apartments rather than tiny houses. The Silvertip can be installed on a trailer or on foundations and features a large bedroom, a bathtub, and a dishwasher.
Measuring 480 sq ft, the Silvertip boasts a deck, engineered wood finishing with cedar accents, and a metal roof. The interior includes a living room with a sofa, table, chairs, and electric fireplace, as well as a generously proportioned kitchen with quartz countertops, a breakfast bar, fridge/freezer, oven with stove, sink, dishwasher, and storage space.
The home also includes a laundry area with a stacked washer and dryer, a bathroom with a vanity sink, bathtub, shower, and flushing toilet, and two bedrooms. The master bedroom is downstairs with storage and a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom is a loft with space for storage or a double bed.
Starting at CAD 159,900 (US$113,500), the Silvertip offers customization options such as the number of bedrooms, interior layout, and size. This luxurious tiny home provides a high-end living experience in a compact space, ideal for those looking to downsize without sacrificing comfort.
