Voters in North Carolina are gearing up to cast their ballots in the upcoming congressional elections in the state’s 14 districts.
In the 1st Congressional District, Democrat Don Davis, the incumbent, is facing off against Republican Laurie Buckhout. Meanwhile, in the 2nd District, Democrat Deborah Ross is up against Republican Alan Swain.
Other key races include the 3rd District, where Republican Greg Murphy is facing Libertarian Gheorghe Cormos, and the 4th District, where Democrat Valerie Foushee is running against Republican Eric Blankenburg.
In the 5th District, Democrat Chuck Hubbard is challenging Republican incumbent Virginia Foxx, and in the 6th District, Republican Addison McDowell is up against Constitution candidate Kevin Hayes.
The 7th District sees Democrat Marlando Pridgen taking on Republican incumbent David Rouzer, while Democrat Justin Dues is running against Republican Mark Harris in the 8th District.
In the 9th District, Democrat Nigel Bristow is up against Republican incumbent Richard Hudson, while Democrat Ralph Scott is challenging Republican Pat Harrigan in the 10th District.
The 11th District features Democrat Caleb Rudow against Republican incumbent Chuck Edwards, and in the 12th District, Democrat Alma Adams is up against Republican Addul Ali.
Finally, in the 13th District, Democrat Frank Pierce is running against Republican Brad Knott, and in the 14th District, Democrat Pam Genant is challenging Republican Tim Moore.
Voters will have a diverse range of candidates to choose from as they head to the polls in North Carolina.
