COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – The weather in South Carolina is set to take a turn with rounds of rain expected to finish out the work week. Cloud cover is expected to increase throughout the day on Thursday, but no rain is in the forecast. However, on Friday, a warm front will bring rain showers along with it, with high temperatures reaching the mid to upper 70s.
The rain is expected to continue on Friday evening and into the overnight hours before clearing out early on Saturday, making way for a dry weekend. Despite the passage of a cold front, temperatures will remain pleasant, in the mid to upper 60s.
For those planning outdoor activities, Saturday will be mostly sunny while Sunday will be partly cloudy. Monday will see lots of sunshine with temperatures in the low 70s.
