One person has died and three others are missing after an 18-foot boat capsized near Goat Island on St. Johns River in Jacksonville, Florida. The Jacksonville Fire Rescue Department and the U.S. Coast Guard responded to the incident where four people were rescued from the water while four more were possibly trapped underneath the vessel. Despite search efforts involving boats, dive teams, helicopters, and drones, only one of the missing individuals was found deceased. The search for the remaining three, including an adult and two minors, continued throughout the night and into the next day. Authorities have not yet identified the victim or determined the cause of the boat capsizing.
