An attempted robbery in Richland County, South Carolina, turned deadly when one of the robbery suspects was shot and killed by the victim. The incident occurred on Westbridge Road on March 13, resulting in multiple people being shot. Three suspects, armed with guns, tried to rob a man in his car outside his home. The victim returned fire, hitting one of the suspects, who was later pronounced dead at the scene. The victim attempted to drive himself to the hospital but was found in his car and taken for medical treatment.
Sincere Glover and Nigel Anderson, the other suspects, fled the area but were arrested and charged with murder. They are currently being held at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center. The Richland County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident and providing support to the victim as he recovers from his injuries.
