South Carolina is gearing up for a bowl game, with the chance to finish off a 10-win season for just the fifth time in program history. The Citrus Bowl in Orlando has the first pick of non-playoff SEC teams, but if Ole Miss is selected, the Gamecocks could end up there. The murky bowl pecking order after Citrus includes the ReliaQuest Bowl in Tampa, the Gator Bowl in Jacksonville, Music City Bowl in Nashville, Las Vegas Bowl, Texas Bowl in Houston, and Liberty Bowl in Memphis. The Gamecocks may face the Illini in the Citrus Bowl or possibly head to Tampa to face a Big Ten opponent. The Gator Bowl in Jacksonville could see Syracuse, Duke, or Louisville as possible ACC opponents. The Music City Bowl might feature an SEC vs. Big Ten matchup with Iowa or Michigan. The Las Vegas Bowl could also be a possibility, along with the Texas Bowl in Houston or the Liberty Bowl in Memphis, although those options seem less likely. Overall, the Gamecocks are looking forward to wrapping up their season on a high note in a bowl game.
